I still vividly remember the first time seeing Murder By Death at Club Raven in Edgerton in 2003. They were opening for Thursday, and (because of their name) I passed them off as some hardcore band. I remember sitting at the bar and discussing Chuck Palahniuk with Thursday's lead singer, Geoff. Suddenly I hear the ethereal sounds of Sarah's cello and was mesmerized by their performance . I bought their only available cd that night, "Like the Exorcist..." and have been an avid fan ever since. Great interview!
