  1. “Pieta is the daughter of the iconic folk musician Greg Brown. Name 5 of your favorite artists who are also offspring of great musicians…”

There are quite a few to choose from, but I will go with Jakob Dylan, Ivan Neville, Natalie Cole, Arlo Guthrie & Norah Jones.

    • If I win…I would want tickets to Pieta’s show. Thanks!

  2. Pains of Being Pure at Heart.

I was quite proud to get my nose pierced when I was 17 (there was a slightly dodgy looking booth at the first Lollapalooza fest that was piercing folks for $5, can’t beat that!) but my parents were less than impressed. They reminded me that in my excitement to look slightly freaky, I forgot that, with my chronic sneezing form seasonal allergies, the piercing was bound to become a nuisance for me, and they ended up being correct, but I am still glad I did it, especially if it scores me some free tix!

  3. Thanks for participating, you two! You’re both winners this week.

Jason, your story of facial piercing rebellion is classic! Soooo many of us have been there, right?

And Gail, what a great list! Jakob’s one of my favorite “offspring musicians” as well.

  4. Статья оставила сложное, даже в какой-то степени неоднозначное, впечатление… Даже не знаю, что сказать… Нужно время, чтобы обдумать прочитанное.
