Juliette Lewis is one of those rare breeds who can successfully and convincingly shift her talents from one creative outlet to another. Her work in films such as What’s Eating Gilbert Grape? and Natural Born Killers made her a Hollywood heavyweight, and now she is proving to be quite a contender in the musical ring as well with her characteristic take-no-prisoners performing style. Still keeping in-touch with her acting roots, Lewis has recently completed work on Whip It, Drew Barrymore’s directorial debut, celebrating women’s roller derby.
