On Monday, July 5th, Madisonians celebrated the initiation of the statewide smoking ban at The High Noon Saloon with Wisconsin Is Better Smoke-Free : A Celebration Featuring VO5 & FREEDY JOHNSTON. Thanks to all who came out to have a good time and mark this important day in our state’s history in style.
