  1. I’d love to see them. Never have.

  2. I’d have to go “traditional” on this one and pick the song “Fields of Athenrye” performed by every pub dweller in Ireland. The ballad is gorgeously melodic and fit to adapt to just about any style of music. from folk to techno, therefore why not reggae. It’s also a heartbreakingly sad but beautiful written story, like any Irish song about famine and detainment/prison must be, really.

  3. How about something by Van Morrison? Would love to hear a reggae version of “Caravan”…

  4. I’d love to see Toots take on The Dubliners “The Irish Rover”

  5. I think “Dreams” or “Zombie” by The Cranberries

    or

“Sweetest Thing” or “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” by U2

A Thin Lizzy cover would be crazy.

  6. I’m going to to go with “I’ll Tell Me Ma” I could definitely hear that done with a reggae arrangement.

  7. I’d love to see Toots. Never have before

  8. This is fun! I’m gonna go traditional – Danny Boy…mostly because that would be awesome and it would go perfectly into Louie Louie. I would LOVE to see a 20 minute reggae throwdown:
    Danny Boy>LouieLouie>Reggae got soul

    Happy St. Paddy’s Day!!!

  9. Moondance by Van the Man would be great.

or take a cue from Bob Marley and go with One from U2!

  10. They would do a sick Whiskey in the Jar. It’s incredible how much Irish music has influenced all different genres…

    Whiskey in the dub.

  11. Would be suchhh a kickass show to see..incredible 🙂
