True Endeavors’ Question Of The Week: Movin’ On

Moving

For so many of our readers, August is moving month, so we thought we’d try to compile a list of songs to fit the mood.

Leave a comment with your favorite song or lyric about moving on, moving up, or moving in (there are more out there than you might think!), and you’ll be entered to win a pair of tickets to a True Endeavors club show of your choice!  (Click here to check out our current lineup.)

Have your responses posted by 6pm on Sunday, August 18.  A winner will be chosen and notified shortly thereafter.  Good luck!

  3. moving on by modern hut

  4. Movin’ Out – Billy Joel

  5. When your rooster crows at the break of dawn
Look out your window, and I’ll be gone
    You’re the reason I’m a-traveling on
But don’t think twice, it’s all right.

  6. Curtis Mayfield- Move on Up

Move on up towards your destination
Though you may find from time to time complications

Remember your dream is your only scheme so keep on pushing

  7. Well we’re movin on up,
    To the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
    Movin on up,
    To the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.

    Because the Jeffersons rock…

  8. Katy, you’re the big winner this week!
