True Endeavors’ Question Of The Week: Guitar Faces

john-mayer-4

You know how sometimes a solo is so good that ya just gotta squish your face into the most horrifying shape imaginable?  No?  Well the music word seems to be full of artists who do.  We first posted about some of our favorites here, and now we want to hear who yours are.

Post a comment with a picture of the ultimate “guitar face” and you’ll be entered to win a pair of tickets to a True Endeavors club show of your choice!  (Click here to check out our current lineup.)

Have your responses posted by 6pm on Sunday, October 27.  A winner will be chosen and notified shortly thereafter.  Good luck!

Jonny Lang has some fantastic faces when he’s playing. He looked even sillier back when he had “Hanson hair.” Gotta love the sounds he makes, though.

  2. http://www.pickywallpapers.com/female-celebrities/katy-perry/katy-perry-guitar-action-picture/ I like this Katy’s guitar Face! She is so natural! She have a lot of fun on stage! She is MY Lady Guitar Face!

  3. Matt Vasquez of Delta Spirit and Middle Brother… One of the most charismatic lead singers I have seen. Has great facial expressions during shows.

  4. I always give this title to BB King. Blues guitarist’s have underrated guitar facial expressions, definitely some of the best. http://www.guitarburn.com/images/faces/bbking_guitar.jpg

  5. For me, Warren Haynes has the best range of guitar faces in rock & roll. He has all the classic looks mastered. Bliss, intense pain, anger, surprised, o-face, and the disgusted “who farted?” look.

  6. Trey Anastasio takes the cake! Legendary Phish jams go hand-in-hand with legendary facial expressions.
