Nearly three decades after falling victim to the all too familiar rock and roll sibling rivalry trap and the breakup of their former band, The Blasters, Dave & Phil Alvin have finally made amends.  The Wall Street Journal recently spoke to the brothers about starting over and tackling the stage once again.
