Now Streaming: Lydia Loveless’ “Really Wanna See You”

lydia loveless

We can’t wait to see this young songwriter take the stage at the High Noon Saloon next month in support of her recently-released Somewhere Else album.   Lydia‘s alt-country/punk sound has earned her considerable praise in the press:

“This set confirms she’s a rugged, uncompromising young talent with a distinctive voice and take-no-crap attitude primed and ready to take Americana into the next few decades.” – American Songwriter

“It’s anyone’s guess where Loveless will go from here, but she’s already made an album that’s genuinely dazzling, and Somewhere Else sounds like a real contender for best album of 2014.” – All Music Guide

“…this is a great, memorable and oftentimes moving release from someone who sounds like she has about 20 years and 10 albums more experience than she does.” – Alternative Press
