Under The Streetlamp

Capitol Theater – 7:30 pm

Overture Center for the Arts

$29.50, $39.50 – All Ages

Tickets on sale this Friday, March 16 at 11am through our Music Calendar.

America’s hottest new vocal group, Under the Streetlamp, delivers an electrifying evening of classic hits from the American Radio Songbook. These four magnetic vocalists bring their unique blend of tight harmonies and slick dance moves to your favorite Doo-Wop, Motown, and old time Rock ‘n’ Roll hits from The Drifters, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The Four Seasons, and more.

The quartet is composed of recent leading cast members of the smash hit Jersey Boys: Michael Cunio, Michael Ingersoll, Christopher Kale Jones, and Shonn Wiley. Exuding the irresistable rapport of modern day Rat Pat, Under the Streetlamp proves why retro never sounded so now!

Saturday’s Double Feature: Yo La Tengo and The Hood Internet (1.23.10)

Yo La TengoThe Hood Internet

You may have noticed that Madison is hosting a pair of outrageously cool bands this Saturday.  Indie gods Yo La Tengo will rock the Barrymore, while The Hood Internet will mix things up at the High Noon Saloon later that evening.

If you’re having as hard of a time choosing which show is more worthy of your attendance as we are, consider this:  those 18 or over arriving at the High Noon Saloon on Saturday night with their Yo La Tengo ticket stub in-hand will receive half off their Hood Internet tickets!  Yup, originally $10, Hood Internet tickets will be discounted to only $5 for those hardcore music fans who refuse to miss out on great live music.

Get tickets to Yo La Tengo here.  Just planning on hitting The Hood Internet show?  Those tickets are available here.

See you at the shows!
